  • Borro del Diavolo is a brook, called “borro” in Tuscany, and it gives its name to the vineyard producing grapes for this Riserva. It is structured with its own unique character, it is elegant, harmonious, balsamic, but it has a good fruity note. It accompanies game, roasted meat, aged cheese.

Mineral. Elegant. Classic. This Chablis is class personified. Delicate floral notes, with a touch of honey and lemon. The palate is smooth and rounded. Astonishing wine!
  • Complexity and Elegance personified!!! David Coulston has done it again! Aromas of lemon balm, citrus pith, honeydew melon, pineapple, and white peach combine with toasty notes and dried herbs. This wine has granular texture with excellent concentration. Balanced with juicy citrus notes, wet stone, chalky flavours and crisp salinity. Extended lees ageing has added breadth, providing complexity and elegance.
  • Complex. Elegant. Traditional. Deep ruby red in colour, with perfumes of sour cherry and plums leading to notes of leather and tobacco. Great depth of flavour, with juicy fruit and supple tannins, giving the wine a silky-smooth texture. This wine has a great structure and finishes with a fine mineral note.
  • Intense. Deep. Balanced.   Intense nose of red fruits, some smoke, medium to full body palate, fresh, with a spicy finish. Well balanced, fine tannins, very fresh and juicy.
  • Raspberries. Plums. Spice. Classic Chateauneuf du Pape from a great vineyard. Everything you would expect and more.

  • From this small 1.12hectare, enclosed vineyard ('clos') owned totally by Domaine Nudant just across the road from the 1er Cru vineyards, this is a lovely Burgundy of medium weight, produced from 60 year old vines.  It has an elegant, intense fruity nose, with a supple palate of red fruits with ripe and light tannins and rich finish.  It will go well with feathered game, guinea fowl, and cheese.
  • Dark ruby/purple in colour. The nose is deep and layered with vanilla bean and toasty aromas mingled with violet and boysenberry. This is a rich, full-bodied pinot noir, bursting with succulent boysenberry and blue fruit. The wine was aged in 40% new oak, giving smoky, savoury flavours.
  • Stylish. Firm. Voluptuous. From a top vineyard in the best bit of a top vineyard. The 2008 vintage was voted the “Best Carmenere in the World” and the 2012 has done it again! IT remains the best New World wine we have tasted in its class.
  • Pale gold in colour. Rich fruity and lightly toasted on the nose. In the mouth this wine is typical of the Mersault appelation: round, buttery, rich in flavour with exceptional length. This wine will age for up to 10 years.
